Sorry I've been M.I.A. for awhile. It's been quite hectic with camp season approaching, work, karate, soccer, school and family. I finally had a little "me" time to make this quick card for my dear friend, Barb who I consider a surrogate mother to my girls. The image is called, Poppy In My Hair by Tammy Siemers Thompson. I love the combination of vintage and art deco this image presented. All of her work can be found at A Day For Daisies. I'm sure you can find a wonderful digital stamp from her collection to color. I used Copics, distress inks and a little bit of glitter and rhinestones for embellishments. I hope you like it.

Today we took the kids to The Alpaca Heritage Show in Allentown, New Jersey which is about a half hour drive from my house. It turned out to be an enjoyable afternoon where the girls got a chance to see and learn about the different breeds of alpacas and their breeders. Here are some pictures of our day at the AHS. For more information about the AHS visit www.alpacaheritage.com.
